  • Travel Booking Details: If you proceed with a booking, we collect traveler information required by suppliers (e.g., legal names, dates of birth, travel documentation details, and payment authorization).

  • To communicate with you regarding your bookings, payment schedules, and itinerary updates.

3. Data Sharing & Travel Suppliers

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information: We never sell, rent, or trade client contact details or lead information to third parties or marketing lists.
  • Direct Travel Supplier Bookings: When you authorize a booking, necessary traveler information is submitted directly to the third-party Travel Suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hoteliers, travel insurance providers) solely to fulfill your reservations.
  • Service Providers & Legal: Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers (such as website hosting and secure form processors) or disclosed if required by law.

4. Website Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect standard, anonymous traffic and usage statistics (such as pages visited, browser type, and time spent on pages) to help us evaluate how visitors engage with our site and enhance the browsing experience. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to measure visitor sessions.

This section applies specifically to users of the Cruising Along mobile application (Cruise Tracker) and related account synchronization features.

Cruising Along LLC ("we," "our," "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: email address, login credentials.
  • Cruise Data: cruise line, ship name, booking ID, cabin/room number, itinerary, ports, and dates.
  • Travel Data: flight details, train details, or notes about driving/other travel methods.
  • Statistics: calculated fields such as nights sailed, loyalty program status, number of cruises.
  • Expense Data: gambling wins/losses, post-cruise expenses.
  • Device & Usage Data: device type, OS, app version, crash/error logs.
  • Offline Data: temporary copies of your information stored on your device for offline use.

We do not collect GPS or live location data.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the App's features, store and sync your cruise details, calculate statistics, troubleshoot issues, and communicate account-related updates.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting and authentication) who process it on our behalf.
  • Data may be disclosed as required by law or to protect rights and security.

  • Offline data is secured by your device's operating system.
  • No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from active systems.
  • Some log or backup data may remain temporarily but will not be used to identify you.

The App itself does not directly set cookies.
