Cruising Along App – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the App

The App enables you to enter and manage details of past and future cruises, record cruise information (cruise line, ship name, booking ID, cabin/room number, itinerary, ports, dates), track travel arrangements, maintain statistics such as nights sailed and loyalty program status, and track optional expenses such as gambling wins/losses and post-cruise notes.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2.1 Third-Party Cruise Data

The App may offer features that allow you to prepopulate cruise itinerary data obtained from third-party websites or sources. Cruising Along LLC does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data obtained from third-party sources. Such data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must independently verify the accuracy of all cruise itinerary data, including but not limited to dates, ports, ship names, cabin numbers, and other details, before adding such information to your account.
• Cruising Along LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party data, or for any consequences arising from your reliance on such data.
• You assume full responsibility for verifying all cruise information with the cruise line, travel agent, or other official sources before relying on it for travel planning or other purposes.

3. Accounts

• To register, you must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App, which will permanently remove your data from active systems.

4. Data Storage & Sync

• The App uses secure cloud-based hosting and authentication services to store your data.
• Local device storage and caching are used to support offline functionality.
• Data will sync when your device reconnects to the internet.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free syncing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All code, design, branding, and content are owned by Cruising Along LLC or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce or distribute the App without prior written permission.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

8. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. Modifications

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website.
• Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, United States.
